Sign-in help
The picker works without an account. In the iPhone app, open Settings to create an account, sign in, or request a password reset email. If an email link has expired, request a new one there.
Saved titles and picks
Use the bookmark to save a title. “Seen it” and “Not tonight” keep a title out of future picks; you can restore it under Saved.
Movie and TV catalog
If a title is missing or its details look wrong, choose “Movie or TV catalog” in the form and tell us which title to check.
Privacy or account deletion
Signed-in iPhone users can permanently delete their account in Settings. If you cannot access your account, use the form below for help. Read our privacy policy.
